Why Ecotourism??

Dear all,
Approximately 70% of consumers occasionally consider environmental issues when purchasing products or services. There has been an increasing concern for the natural environment evidenced through support for environmental protection in Western liberal regimes. This increasing concern has led to the emergence of environmentally friendly products as part of general moves towards a ‘greening’ of the marketplace. This trend is reflected in the tourism industry by the inception and increasing popularity of ‘green’, or ‘eco’-tourism products.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand recent Ecotourism Strategy seeks to promote ecotourism and to enhance management of the industry. Most ecotourism research in Thailand has focused on the national parks and other protected areas another significant proportion participates in hilltribe trekking such activities are exemplified in Doi Inthanon National Park.

Hope you have a good day :-)

The weather

Dear All,

Krabi  (Thailand)

As this time the weather in London is so lovely that it made me think of Thailand, so today I will give some recommendations about when to visit Thailand. The average temperature in Thailand is around 18-34 degrees all year long. The seasons in each region of the country are slightly different. The best season for tourism in Thailand is during the winter and summer. The months from November to April are the most popular with tourists. However, Thailand is a country of festivals, events and other natural attractions throughout the year and across the country, and there are interesting things to see any time of the year!
Hope you enjoy the sun.
